Our Streamlined Hiring Process

We've optimized our recruitment lifecycle to ensure speed without compromising on candidate quality.

1

Demand Letter Authorization

The employer provides the official Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, and Employment Contract authorized by the local Chamber of Commerce and Nepal Embassy.

2

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Upon labor department pre-approval, we advertise and headhunt. Our recruiters conduct rigorous initial screenings to shortlist candidates matching your criteria.

3

Interview Coordination

We arrange final interviews via video conferencing or locally at our highly-equipped trade testing centers for your delegates.

4

Documentation & Visa Processing

Selected candidates undergo GAMCA medical tests. We then process the visas and handle all government labor clearances expeditiously.

5

Deployment

We organize pre-departure orientations, arrange ticketing, and ensure candidates arrive at the destination country on schedule, fully prepared.
